Cortex has a web experience and a Desktop app. They share branding and account sign-in, but they are not the same product surface. Use this guide when you are unsure why something works in one place and not the other.

The web chat is for learning Cortex and unblocking setup. It is not a full replacement for the Desktop workspace.
